Policy on children staying with parents:
Children between 2 to 12 years old sharing parents' room = free of charge.
Cancellation Policy:
- Between 31 days to 22 days prior to arrival = 25% of one nights room rate.
- Between 21 days to 9 days prior to arrival = 50% of one nights room rate.
- Within 9 days of arrival date = 75% of one nights room rate.
No-shows = 100% of the room rate.

- There is a compulsory gala dinner for all guests on Christmas Day (24 Dec), which costs $25 per person.
- There is a compulsory gala dinner for all guests on New Years Eve (31 Dec), which costs $35 per person.
- Children under 12 years old = 50% discount.
